Privacy Policy
This privacy policy describes how Livekoora ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the Livekoora Live app for LaMetric Time devices. We take your privacy seriously and have designed this app to collect as little data as possible.
1. What the app does
Livekoora Live is a LaMetric indicator app that displays live football scores, match countdowns, and match statistics on your LaMetric Time device. Your device polls our server every 30 seconds to receive the latest data. You choose which leagues to follow through the settings screen in the LaMetric mobile app.
2. Information we collect
We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use this app.
When your LaMetric device polls our server, our web server may record standard server access logs, which can include:
- Your device's IP address
- The date and time of the request
- The URL requested (which includes your league preferences as query parameters, e.g.
league_39=true) - HTTP response code and response size
These logs are used solely for server security, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting. They are not used for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose. Logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days and then deleted.
3. League preferences
The leagues you select (e.g. Premier League on, Bundesliga off) are stored as settings within the LaMetric app on your device and are managed entirely by LaMetric. We do not store your preferences on our servers — they are simply passed to us as part of each poll request and used only to filter which match data to return.
4. Cookies and tracking
The Livekoora Live app does not use cookies, web beacons, analytics trackers, or any other tracking technology. We do not track users across devices or sessions.
5. Third-party services
This app relies on two third-party services to function:
- LaMetric — manages your device, settings, and the poll schedule. Their privacy policy is available at lametric.com/privacy.
- API-Football (api-sports.io) — provides the match data, live scores, and statistics displayed by the app. Their privacy policy is available at api-sports.io/privacy.
We do not share any information with these services beyond what is required to fetch football data (league IDs and season numbers). No personal information is transmitted to either service.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We do not share your data with any party except as required by law or as described in this policy.
7. Data security
All communication between your LaMetric device and our server takes place over HTTPS (TLS encryption). Our server endpoint is protected by an API key to prevent unauthorised access.
8. Children's privacy
This app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
